My practice is a cycle of risk, failure, and reinvention. By following my gut, I push against stylistic conventions in hopes of capturing the unwieldy nature of how a thought transitions into the physical world. Freezing these ephemeral moments into art objects, allows me to create a concrete connection between the past, present, and future. When observed, this tested record sheds light on the inescapable effects of life, encouraging vulnerability and self-reflection. My hope is to be malleable in the way I move through the world, much like the clay I handle.
