Eugene “Mitch” Mitchell, Vice President, Legislative and External Affairs for Sempra Energy
Mitchell is VP for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra Energy's regulated California utilities. He is responsible for external affairs activities for SDG&E and state governmental affairs for both utilities.

Dr. Jason F. Shogren, 2007 Nobel Laureate and Stroock Chair of Natural Resource Conservation and Management, University of Wyoming
Shogren was a lead author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which was co-recipient of the Nobel Peace prize in 2007. He also served as the 2012 Royal Guest Economist to the Swedish King Carl Gustaf XVI.
James “Jim” Fallows, Author and Correspondent for The Atlantic since the 1970s
From Redlands, CA, Fallows is a world-renowned author and publisher of over ten books. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in the aviation industry and the emergence of the Chinese political economy. He also was the chief speech writer for former President Carter.
