Professor Winick teaches Organizational Behavior, Organizational Consulting, Nonprofit Management and the capstone course (Strategy). While she has built academic programs, and served the University across various functions, she is recognized in the community and nationally for her work training university students to address challenges that organizations face.
The type of consulting work pursued depends on the mix of students in a particular class. Student consulting projects have ranged from GIS, database and web site development to research of competitor behavior; analysis of services, products and operations; materials testing; development of marketing plans, programs and social media content; research of stakeholder experience, and more.
