Out in the Open, 2015, 2016, and 2017
Annual Mental Health Awareness Month Event, May
In 2017, ACTW was pleased by the opportunity to partner with the City of Redlands to present our third annual Out in the Open event alongside the May Movie in the Park! Out in the Open is a mental health resource fair designed to increase mental health awareness while decreasing the associated shame and stigma by offering resources to learn more about mental health and wellness in our Inland Empire community.
#WeAllHaveMentalHealth
During Out in the Open 2017, ACTW founder, Janee Both-Gragg, and Graduate Student, Lauren Wooster, sang out against stigma while representing University of Redlands' ACTW and Active Minds.

Vibe, Festival of Wellness
Annual Fundraiser for Alliance for Community Transformation and Wellness (ACTW)
Vibe, Festival of Wellness, 2017 marked the first annual fundraiser for ACTW mental health awareness efforts. Largely funded by grants, ACTW created the fundraiser to generate funds that will help the organizations mission of supporting mental health resources and awareness activities throughout the Inland Empire. Vibe not only serves as a fundraising event but also an interactive day of wellness that invites community members and their families to experience food, music, wellness activities, and to explore vendor tables representing SAMHSA's 8 Dimensions of Wellness. Follow our Vibe Festival page to stay up to date on Vibe 2018 information and opportunities to be involved!
